Second Floor  -  Main Floor  -  Ground Floor

Timber Lodge is a finished three story home.  Like all timber frames, each room is filled with exposed timbers crossing this way and that making a most pleasant look from every angle.  

Second Floor:  The Second Floor contains a Loft, two bedrooms and baths.
    Loft: The loft is covered with old oak flooring and includes two new sleeper sofa's which make a nice reading area during the day and a sleeping room for kids or young adults at night.

    Bedrooms:  On each side of the loft are bedrooms.  Each has a queen size bed and a private bath.  The bedrooms are carpeted with beige Berber carpets and have views of Brian Head Peak and the ski resort.  The baths are tiled in slate and white ceramic bath tiles and have shower/tubs.

Main Floor:  The Main Floor is covered with old oak flooring from Ohio barns that give this level a warm and comfortable feel. This level contains a Master Bedroom and Bath, a Great Room, the dining area and kitchen.  
    Master Bedroom:  The Master Bedroom contains a king size bed, remote controlled gas fireplace, walk in closet and rustic dresser.  The bath has an antique styled claw foot tub and slate tiled shower stall.  The Master Bedroom also has a private deck overlooking Brian Head Peak which is available during all but the deep winter months. 

    Great Room:  The Great Room is two and a half stories tall and is filled with timbers going in every imaginable direction.  But the centerpiece of the room is a large cast stone fireplace surrounded by comfortable couches to enjoy the winter nights by.  Near the main entrance is a well decorated powder room.

    Dining Area:  The open floor plan allows one room to flow into another.  Such is the dining area which contains a Dutch Farm Trestle table made from a design 300 years old.  The wood for the table is Utah Ponderosa Pine and it will hold the largest of parties (seats 12).

    Kitchen:  The kitchen is large with all new appliances including a dual fuel five burner gas top with electric double oven below.  In addition, there is a Satin side by side refrigerator, microwave, super quite dishwasher, farm sink with garbage disposal and counter space galore.

Ground Floor:  The ground floor contains a bedroom with bath, a great room, laundry room and ski room.  Although not part of the timber frame structure, the basement contains well placed beams which continue the feel found in the upper floors.  Due to the topography of this lot, all rooms receive full light through large double doors that access the rear of the home and the slopes of Brian Head. 
    Bedroom:  The bedroom is also covered in old oak flooring and contains two single beds.  The private bath contains a slate floor and stone shower stall.  

    Great Room:  The great room is finished with a slate floor and centers on a large gas fireplace decorated with wood beams and stone. Around the fireplace we've placed three sofa's two of which are sleepers.  In a side area is a futon that will sleep one to two people.  This room contains a TV with DVD player, assorted games and movies.

    Laundry Room:  For extended stays, these laundry facilities are available.

    Ski Room:  The ski room is so designated because it is the natural jump off point for hitting the slopes.  Here you will find storage, racks, and a place to store ski gear while not on the slopes.  Out this door, you can slip on your ski's and ski down to the Navajo Ski Run, the Tubing Run or the connection to the Giant Steps runs.
